Dentistry has given me the opportunity to dedicate myself to a career of service. Being creative in the ways I can help people on a daily basis has been both challenging and exiting. I enjoy finding solutions to patients’ problems and the relationships it builds—relationships based on trust. Those relationships have meant a lot to me since I entered the dental field.
Getting to know people and working hard to improve their lives and help with their problems is one of the best parts of this profession. I’m excited when we can make the whole office visit a positive experience—one based on compassion and the highest level of care.
Education and Continuing Education
Originally from Greenville/Upstate South Carolina, I attended Wofford College for my Bachelor of Science degree. I continued on to the Medical University of South Carolina for my Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
I chose to attend an additional year of training at Palmetto Health Richland following dental school to make sure I had all the opportunities to provide the best patient care. There, I received advanced training in general restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive patient care.
I've continued to enjoy leaning the skills that can translate into providing quality patient care through my memberships with the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association. I also enjoy volunteering my time at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic.
Outside the Office
Now that I’m back home in Greenville, I enjoy I being outdoors, fishing, going to see live music, and spending time with friends and family.
